A fact sheet developed to publicize Retrofit Philly’s Coolest Block Contest and to encourage Philadelphia residents to participate.  The fact sheet explains the design of the contest, describes the benefits of a more energy efficient and cool home, and introduces the contest partners and their contributions.  This document is a good introduction for program managers looking to develop a similar awareness-raising initiative.
