Partners

A key component of GCCA’s strategy is to multiply our efforts through partnerships. We are proud to work closely with a number of organizations.

Energy Foundation Logo
The Energy Foundation works to promote the transition to a sustainable energy future by advancing energy efficiency and renewable energy. The Energy Foundation is pragmatic and nonpartisan, dedicated to finding practical solutions that work in the real world. Their primary role as a grantmaker supports groups working to build the new energy economy. Their programs focus on making the buildings, power, and transportation sectors more efficient, and on advancing effective policies that open big markets for clean energy technology. Grantees include health, labor, environmental, faith, property-rights, clean-energy, and consumer groups, as well as think tanks, universities, and military organizations. The Global Cool Cities Alliance is a grantee of the Energy Foundation.  Learn more here.

The Liberty Hill Foundation advances social change through a strategic combination of grants, leadership training and campaigns. Liberty Hill has pioneered a highly effective organizing and research model, bringing together academic researchers and community leaders in strategic campaigns to reduce pollution in Los Angeles.
