A case study of a roof replacement project on an elementary school in Alexandria, Virginia.  The project replaced an EPDM roof at the end of its service life with a white ethylene propylene (EP) roof with improved insulation.  The resulting roof system reduced annual energy costs from $121,000 to $90,000.
